1. Download the file to your computer
2. Unzip the files to somewhere you can find them
3. Plug your iPod into your computer
4. Go to My Computer, find the icon for your iPod
5. Open it, go to the Notes folder
6. Drag-and-drop the files into that Notes folder
7. Eject your iPod by proper means
